Lily & ED
Ok, we’ll hold our hands up... Lily & Ed’s wedding at Tithe Barn isn’t technically within the Midlands. However, it’s packed full of inspiration that we’re certain you’ll love as much as we do!
Mr & Mrs Smith
Living la dolce vita in the heart of Yorkshire, introducing the new Mr & Mrs Smith! And this is one wedding we wished we had been on the guest list for. With the most incredible details from the timeless fashion, to the ‘rustic luxe’ décor, Ellie & Matthew’s special day was captured fabulously by photographer Sophie Ruck.
Sam & Anita
The West Mill is arguably one of Derbyshire’s most popular industrial wedding venues. With high ceiling, exposed brickwork and ultra cool interior, they set the precedent for city-chic weddings. We’re delighted to share these super cool photo’s from Sam & Anita’s wedding, which included arcade games, disco balls and the most fashionable wedding accessories…
Phil & Gemma
When we saw Phil & Gemma’s wedding photos, we simply knew we had to share them: we’re envious that we didn’t receive an invite! A fun-filled day from start to finish, the huge smiles across their faces speak for themselves. A relaxed, woodland wedding with DIY, antiques… and even an arcade and garden games thrown in for good measure! Sit back and enjoy.
Charlie & Theo
If you’re looking for wedding inspiration oozing with glamour and class, then we can guarantee you’ll love this gallery from Charlie & Theo’s special day. With timeless décor, elegant style and super chic details, this wedding at Stapleford Park has it all.
Coral & Ally
The team here at Save the Date HQ follow top influencer Coral Pearl on Instagram and find her life super inspiring. So when her and her now husband tied the knot with their two adorable daughters in New York, we swooned over the pictures!
So imagine our excitement when Coral agreed to feature her stylish big day on the pages of our little glossy mag. We are so here for it. And know you will be too.
Lara & Kieron
This wedding is dreamy - everything about it!
From the gorgeous tulle & pearl bridal gloves to the DIY elements and personal touches. With the most stunning of couples, lots of flowing fizz, some rather cool live music and a gorgeous wedding venue as a back drop, this wedding is bound to inspire your very own celebration.
Mr & Mrs Jones
“True love is when both people think their the lucky ones!” and we think we’re the lucky ones being able to share this stunning wedding day with you. Mr & Mrs Jones got married at The Old Vicarage with an intimate wedding on the 15th April 2023.
Sophie & Rich
Sophie & Rich certainly hosted the most glamorous Winter fairy-tale one did see. The stunning gown, the romantic colour palette, the chic finishing touches…wow! This real wedding landed in our inbox courtesy for the talented Claire at Myrtle Fox & Maude. Claire hits the spot when it comes to styling weddings and creating sustainable floral designs. Here’s Claire to tell us more…
Heather & Sean
The view from the Save the Date HQ window is a sorry sight today; rain, wind and dark skies are here letting us know that Autumn has finally arrived. So having this beauty of a wedding land in our inbox certainly reminded us of the better days. Yes it may now be Autumn but Heather & Sean’s wedding offers beautiful inspiration no matter the season.
Jessica & Marcus
Jessica and Marcus wanted to create a classy and glamorous essence for their wedding day, and they did just that! With a green velvet tux, flowers at every turn and the most beautiful bride rocking a floral crown (and trendy shades), this wedding is bound to inspire your very own celebration.
Amy-Beth & Curtis
Some might say planning a full wedding in 205 days is foolish, we say it is bold, brave and blooming marvellous. Luckily, they picked the right venue for the challenge; when Amy-Beth and Curtis contacted The Pumping House to enquire about a date just 6 months later, unfazed the venue’s dream-team set about putting plans in place to create the perfect day for the couple.
Jade & Niall
Jade and Niall tied the knot at the incredible Stubton Hall. They invested time in making sure all the details were special to them and it certainly all came together for the couple on the day. A dream of beautiful fresh flowers throughout the venue, décor, personalised favours and sparklers, just everything looked perfect! Read more on our blog
Ria and Tom
If anyone has broken the rules when it comes to wedding planning. It’s definitely Ria and Tom. They secretly got married locally with their direct family only and moved the celebrations to a nearby restaurant. Just a small reminder to all couples that you make the rules! Want to get married with just the two of you..do it, small intimate wedding..do it. Go big or go home…the ideas are endless but always remember it’s your day!
Lucy and Paul
We are super over the moon when this wedding popped into our inbox from Amy Elizabeth Photo. When it comes to wedding planning, it can become really difficult not to get sucked into so many different directions. We believe that sometimes less is more. You get this adorable and elegant look which to us is just simply gorgeous. And we can tell Lucy and Paul had the best time of their lives!
Georgia and Callum
At Thorpe Garden has a giant yurt and also a light filled stone floor room for the reception. The venue is known for its breath taking whisteria archway where couples can get those gorgeous portraits in the evening light. The grounds are astonishing and truly the best grounds at a venue. The wedding was rustic yet elegant. Check out the simple stunning favourite photos from the photography duo below…
Laura and Ross
HBA Photography say they create “Storytelling and emotive, kick-ass imagery” and, to be fair, we have to say we agree! Whenever an HBA wedding pings into our inboxes, we know it is going to be a goodie and Laura and Ross’ wedding was no exception, hitting us right in the feels. Having got engaged on a Christmas trip to Prague (how romantic!) back in 2017, Laura and Ross set about planning their perfect day. After a few Covid-related complications (namely, 2 cancelled dates and lots stress along the way!), when the couple finally walked down Stubton Hall’s Music Room aisle in July 2021, it was certainly worth the wait.
