When you think of wedding planning you are automatically drawn to which flowers will make your heart sing or decorating your wedding venue to perfection. Whilst styling your day is a massive part of creating a magical wedding, it is also important to focus on your guests’ experience and great entertainment really can take your celebration to the next level! We reached out to the guys at 9 Hole Event Hire to talk all things wedding entertainment and to find out more about their unique crazy golf course.

“It is such an exciting time and there is no feeling like it when the love of your life asks you to marry them. You are literally floating on cloud 9! Now the fun begins, it’s time to start planning your Big Day! There is so much to think about; the venue, the perfect dress, the photographer, the flowers and the cake to name but a few, but there is one other important thing to add to your list and that is entertainment.

If you have ever been to a wedding you will know that as a guest there is a LOT of standing around. As the couple of the hour, you will be so busy having your photos taken, talking to Great Aunt Carol, cutting the cake, the last thing you want to be doing is worrying whether your guests are having a good time. This is where we come in.

Our portable 9 hole crazy golf course really adds that WOW factor and is loads of fun too. We supply 9 exciting obstacles including a 4ft tall castle, a windmill with turning sails and a 10ft long tunnel of love and the whole course looks awesome when set up. We also provide rubber headed putters in 4 different sizes so all ages can play, plenty of low bounce balls and mini pencils and scorecards so some friendly competition can take place.

Due to the equipment we use, the course is safe to play indoors and is completely weatherproof so makes a great addition to your outdoor space. So come rain or shine, your guests will be thoroughly entertained. This really is the perfect entertainment for everyone. Often activities are either geared to adults or children however, with our crazy golf course your 3 year old nephew to your 93 year old granny and everyone in between can join in.

We usually arrive in the morning of your special day and set everything up before your first guest arrives and return later that evening to pack away ensuring all your guests have ample playing time. Who doesn’t love a game of crazy golf and after a year like 2020 we are all in need of that extra bit of fun in our lives!”
