| STYLED SHOOT | Summer Glamour
Introduction
A floral romance at Bourton Hall has a timeless glamour feel, with each of the suppliers contributing to the sense of elegance. Making the florals the star of the show, this style shoot is prefect for couples looking for a mix of luxury and colour. Using a colour palette of rich pinks, corals and oranges paired with softer peaches and blush filling. This complimented the venue perfectly. The team opted to work with two female models, meaning that could showcase two looks that embodied the theme: a grown up sexy vibe in sleek satin with sultry waves and a smoky eye, whilst the second model wore sparkles and a low bun with shimmering skin for a more youthful look.
We love the use of layering the colours and the pop of pinks and oranges against the white. Check out more showstopping images below!
The main inspiration for the shoot came from when Caroline at Palm and Peony flowers visited Bourton Hall where she was amazed by the contrasting spaces of the rich dark wood staircase and the bright façade to the chapel. She knew that each of these spaces would look stunning filled with colour and an elegant glamour. The Italian Renaissance style doors to the chapel were perfect in the summer sun where the white stone and blue skies were calling out to be shrouded in rich summer florals.
The venue itself is a beautiful 18th Century Italian Renaissance-style Country Mansion with gorgeous gardens, a stunning chapel and the most perfect staircase to make an entrance as a married couple. Bourton Hall is an excusive use venue and you really feel like you are a million miles from anywhere else! It has beautiful guest rooms and a dreamy bridal suite featuring the most heavenly bath.

The variations of deep purple give real depth of colour and are a welcome change from the usual burnt orange and brown we see this time of year. Teamed with the hunter green, these colours are perfect for both indoor and outdoor as highlighted in the final images.
