| STYLED SHOOT | Soft and dreamy blossoms
Introduction
With a soft and dreamy colour palette and using a selection of delicate seasonal flowers, the team created a romantic shoot filled with unique inspiration for Spring Brides. Using newly formed blossom buds and soft natural sunlight together really encapsulate the season of Spring. Held at The Elm tree which offers exclusive use, prefect for intimate weddings nestled beautifully in the Lincolnshire Wolds. Not forgetting their picturesque gardens. Exclusive hire of the venue includes the use of it's 4 beautifully designed ensuite Bedrooms for the wedding night, which come with luxurious cotton robes and toiletries. Sounds pretty prefect to us!
About the shoot…
Ruby from Ruby and Co Events tells us more.
”I used a delicate colour palette of pale pink, light blue and ivory, teamed with subtle elements of metallic silver to give the shoot a romantic and elegant feel. To create the spring-vibe tablescape I used a pale pink linen tablecloth, layered with a light blue crinkled chiffon fabric. With silver glass reef charger plates and elegant cutlery, it created a refined and subtle look which enabled to dainty seasonal flowers to standout.
Using branches of Cherry blossom cut from my garden tree, blousy pink roses and white Allium, it gave the handtied bouquet an ethereal and graceful feel. The cream fronted building of The Elmtree with it's original Georgian architecture provided us with the perfect setting for the shoot.
The Dinning Room with it's patio doors leading out to the landscaped lawns, supplied a soft stream of sunlight which Sophie captured exquisitely in her photography. Caroline Chamberlains handmade dress fitted Georgia perfectly and the low back detailing showed off her delicate frame. The floral lace bridal gown fabric reflected the blossom buds in the bouquet beautifully. Robin from Perfect Silhouette Hairdressing created a soft and elegant up-do in Georgia's long blond hair, and Olivia used very natural colour tones for the makeup, which created a radiant Bridal look. The 3 tiered blush pink cake created by Leslea echoed the delicate styling of the shoot perfectly.

The variations of deep purple give real depth of colour and are a welcome change from the usual burnt orange and brown we see this time of year. Teamed with the hunter green, these colours are perfect for both indoor and outdoor as highlighted in the final images.
