Becca & Tom
A Change of Plans
Sometimes the best laid plans just aren't meant to be. We love how this couple embraced the situation, went for it and ended up having the most amazing day full of gorgeous details (check out all those dreamy dried flowers!). Get ready for some major lockdown loveliness and micro wedding magic as Becca tells us a bit more about the day…
"We'd planned for a large wedding but, due to Covid, we had to change our plans. Although the numbers were much smaller than planned, we still followed our original plans of having a boho/country wedding. We wanted lots of dry elements with a focus on pale blue tones and put our full trust in our florist and wedding designer, who did an amazing job, and we loved everything they created. During our ceremony we had parents, grandparents and the bride and groom party. We were lucky that the bishop sang our hymns for us and allowed many other friends and family to stand in the church grounds! Tom and I love food so we thought, due to the party being smaller, we would treat our guests by having have an extra special tasting menu. In the evening, we had a jukebox and danced the night away until the early hours. Although our initial plans had to change, we still followed the majority of them, just to a smaller scale, we really did have the most amazing day!!!”
