Paul and Danielle
Being happily married for 20 years is cause for celebration and celebrate, Paul & Danielle certainly did. Doddington Hall was the setting for this amazing vow renewal. “I always loved the grand impact as you drive up plus the gardens are just so stunning and the staff always friendly and professional. It was the perfect place for our celebration” says Danielle.
Elleni & Ant
"Ant and I were married in the beautiful Peak District - where we first fell in love - 4 years ago. We chose Brookfield Manor as our venue as it was totally unique and reflected our love for the great outdoors, set in 130 acres of luscious gardens and countryside. We were honoured to be the very first couple to marry in the venue’s stunning temple set in the woodlands, where we had our magical ceremony (decorated in the style of a Midsummer Night’s Dream) amongst the peaceful flowing streams and wildlife.
As a nod to my Cypriot heritage, our wedding also reflected our love for all things Greek! Our caterers did a fantastic job of replicating my Yiayia (nan’s) delicious family recipes, and our live Greek band had everyone on their feet all night!"
Kara & Thomas
Kara & Thomas tied the knot at The Walled Garden at Beeston Fields Golf Club and we're so excited to share their special day with you. We're handing you over to the beautiful bride-to-be so you can find out all about their wedding…
"Myself and my husband had agreed that we didn’t want a formal traditional wedding day, it’s just not us. So, we wanted a venue that could cater for a less traditional more laid-back theme. The Walled Garden was perfect for this, we got married in their garden, the rain stayed away! We decided to go for the less traditional longer tables, lots of foliage hanging from the ceiling and wherever we could put it really.
Our favours were mini Cacti and Succulents, we had a BBQ for our wedding breakfast, ice cream cones for dessert and Portuguese tarts for our wedding cake (we got engaged in Lisbon) and to top it off pizza for our evening food! Not to mention, beer pong, table football, giant Jenga and our amazing photobooth ‘Luxbooth’.
We had The Burgundy’s all day at the wedding, playing the ceremony up until DJ’ing at night – our first dance with 'Everywhere' by Fleetwood Mac and it was all captured perfectly by Emily and Katy Photography and ‘Shoot it yourself’ videographers. It really was perfect."

Lisa & Chris
When it comes to real weddings, they don’t get more swoon worthy than this one. Lisa & Chris married towards the end of Summer last year with a beautifully pretty palette of grey and peach, with a stunning backdrop and the most perfect, intimate detail. Here, Lisa tells us all about this ultra-elegant day…
Dan and Georgie
Beautiful day, fab weather and the best party with our amazing friends and family we could have asked for! Shabby chic with a touch of vintage was the order of the big day, nothing too prim and proper – that’s just not us. We got married in our village church, it was a personal and intimate ceremony including a fantastic reading by my brother and my godmother singing a cappella during the signing of the registers.
