I am a qualified and experienced personal trainer and online fitness coach who specialises in working with brides like you. I know that looking your best on your wedding day is one of the biggest concerns you have, but trying to get fit and lose weight whilst planning a wedding is HARD…unless you have someone like me who fully understands this through my previous experience of working with brides to achieve their wedding dress goals.
