New, Industrial Styled Wedding Venue in Derbyshire
Haarlem Mill is a brand new and exciting industrial styled wedding venue due to take the Derbyshire wedding scene by storm this Autumn.
a beautiful rural location
Set in a beautiful rural location on the outskirts of the distinctive and bohemian market town of Wirksworth. This fabulous grade II listed building, built in 1780 by Richard Arkwright, is generally recognised as one of the pioneers of the Industrial Revolution and was the first cotton mill in the world to use a steam engine.
Having been lovingly restored, maintaining many of its original industrial features, the mill offers couples a uniquely different space to celebrate their wedding day. Rich deep red exposed brickwork and original lead industrial windows and beams set the backdrop, whilst plush seating areas in beautifully designed lounges provide an element of comfort and luxury contrasting the industrial rawness at the heart of the building.
