So, whose with us this Sunday!? We are so excited for the big day and really looking forward to seeing you lovely lot there (fingers crossed the rain goes away!) Tickets available here.

Now, who is left for us to expose? Well, there are still lots more exhibitors there who are all getting prepared for the weekend ahead and here’s just a few more to tell you about, beginning with the gorgeous women’s designer shop, Ribbon:

Who are you and what do you do?

Ribbon is a small independent womenswear boutique, with beautiful fashion, jewellery and accessories. This petite boutique has a variety of designers and pieces are carefully selected to reflect our individuality. Our collections include rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, scarves, handbags, dresses, tops, trousers and bolero shrugs.

We love our little touches to our boutique to make your shopping experience welcoming and relaxed, such as fresh coffee and biscuits, fashion books and magazines to get inspiration for your outfits. A personal in-house styling service is available and if requested, we can order fresh Italian lunch from the local restaurant next door (menu and prices available).

Ribbon is available for shopping evenings, which can be booked for yourself, a group of friends or family, where you can view our collections in the luxury of our boutique for some shopping fun. If you wish to hold a shopping evening at your own home this can also be arranged. Ribbon is situated on the historic tree lined Friar Gate in Derby, next door to the Friar Gate Bridge.

Our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm

If you weren’t doing what you are, what do you think you would you be doing?

It was inevitable that one day I would have my own shop as I used to drive my family insane by raiding all of the wardrobes in the house for clothes and then setting up a pretend shop in the kitchen. I would make everyone wait outside the door until I decided they could come in and peruse my shop!! (I was roughly 7 !!)

Travelling was a big part of my life so I might not have settled here in the U.K if I had not set up Ribbon. Dancing, acting and music are a massive passion of mine so another career in these areas would defiantly be a second choice.

If you could provide your service for any couple in the world (famous or not) who would it be and why?

Danni Minogue & Partner

Ribbon loves her style as she is unconventional, however she always manages to keep a feminine side. She defiantly takes inspiration from her love of music and Ibiza. She is brilliant with bold accessories and she is never afraid to experiment with colour, design or print.

Danni is confident in her choices and I really aspire to that. Ribbon would love to dress Danni as she is just not ordinary !

What are you most looking forward to at the wedding event with a difference?

Ribbon is looking forward to the chance to showcase our unique collections and have the opportunity to exhibit at a new event. This is our first show with ‘Save The Date’ and we are very excited to be working with them and collaborating with new businesses.

Ribbon is aiming to bring something different to the event and will be offering styling advice, competitions and a pop up changing room to try and purchase any of our items with 10% off on the day. We want our stand to be a mini boutique at the Roundhouse.

So, next up is one for the men …. a real life brewery is going to be at our event in where else but the ‘Blokes Corner’ …. read on for more info, over to Nutbrook Brewery:

Who are you and what do you do?

Hi my name is Victoria and I’m the sales manager for Nutbrook Brewery.

The brewery started as a father and son team of Dean and Chris Richards who love real ale and wanted to produce their own bespoke beers.

But what started as a bit of tinkering in their garage in West Hallam has now grown to a micro brewery based at Oakfield Farm shop not to far away in Stanley Common.

We now have 7 traditional ales available in 500ml bottles to 9 gallon firkin (that’s 72 pints!!). And we are about to add cider made from locally harvested apples to our range!!

We also provide a bespoke ‘Design a Beer’ brewing experience. Developed by Chris, it allows you to create your own beer from picking the hops and malts, to what colour and alcohol volume you want!! Then you get to brew it with them and sample a beer or two!!

If you weren’t doing what you are, what do you think you would you be doing?

I’ve always wanted to own my own restaurant and provide great food and drink – so I’m half way there.

Chris and Dean would, eventually like to have their own pub so you might see The Nutbrook pub soon!

If you could provide your service for any couple in the world (famous or not) who would it be and why?

Oooh tricky one!! We provide a service that is unique. Bar companies don’t usually offer a beer that is literally made by you!! It’s a great talking point to have a beer, that you’ve seen go from barley to bottle, served at your own wedding!!!!.

Perfect for anyone who wants a bit of originality to their day.

What are you most looking forward to at the wedding event with a difference?

We’re looking forward to meeting all the prospective couples-to-be and hopefully being part of their special day. We’ll have our hand crafted bar made from local sourced wood and of course lots of our beer to try.

How cool does that sound?

So, what else can you look forward to:

  • Meeting with the award winning Journeys a la Carte who have recently won the “Guardian and Observer Best Travel Agent 2011″ Award
  • Sampling amazing canapes and fizz courtesy of Stones Catering – experience the celebrity VIP treatment!
  • Enjoying the interactive shows we’ve got planned including wedding photography tips with none other than the incredible photographer, Rachael Connerton and bridal hairstyles for 2012 with the amazing James White
  • The chance to win a ladies diamond wedding band worth £1,000 plus a 20% saving on all purchases made on the day!
  • Amazing bridal fashions on the catwalk which will run three times daily
  • Lots more to be revealed before Sunday! Watch this space ….
