The catwalk…

The dress shops involved in our magnificent catwalk include Lori G, Little White Dress, Angela Vickers and Couturemango.

Lori G are launching their new range Anny Lin on the catwalk; this collection consists of intricate detail and embellishment, to die for designs and classic shapes. The collection was inspired by gardens in snow, clouded by winter mist. Bringing together modern day tailoring and outstanding creative design, reflecting a distinctive, up to date style with a splash of gracefulness and an original feel. Styles range from extravagant dresses with luxurious beading to simple classic’s made with the finest silk. Definitely an elegant collection to remember.

The Little White Dress bridal shop is very popular, especially amongst Nottingham brides. They’re very trendy, stylish and use edgy designers. Stocking designers from the best of British designs and a few handpicked from Paris, all the gowns showcased at The Little White Dress are beautifully created from the finest fabrics and are expertly crafted by extraordinarily experienced designers who have a natural great love for bridal gowns.

Established in 1993, Angela Vickers has won numerous prizes including Designer of the Year and is definitely well known in the bridal industry. Designers stocked are incredibly diverse, ranging from classic, elegant gowns to quirky, edgy gowns for someone who wants that bit of something different.

Couturemango specialise in very simple yet beautiful dresses, the lengths of the gowns range dramatically from short cute dresses to elegant gowns that drop beautifully to the floor. Each of their dresses catches a certain aspect of a bride and brings it to life, it’s not as much about a beautiful dress that steals the attraction from the bride but creating a dress that enhances a brides natural beauty. A new take on the stereotypical traditional bride.

This catwalk will be unlike anything you’ve ever seen before; it will be demonstrated in such a stylish, creative way and secluded from the rest of the show to give a more personal feel. It will have a whimsical, ethereal look about it and lighting will compliment dresses and room alike. Michele Gledhill has done a brilliant job of creating an on paper brilliant room for us at the catwalk and her creative insight will make the whole experience that little bit more special.

The models will be supplied by Blake Models and we love them. They’re just fabulous at what they do and we’re very pleased to have them back onboard for the 3rd wedding event with a difference. Blake models specialise in introducing fresh faced new talent to its already well established agency.

Richie Muir and his big band will be performing at the beginning of each show to make the whole experience that bit more live and exclusive for the audience. There will be limited spacing so if you do want to watch one of the shows be sure to get in early to avoid any disappoint as once it’s at full capacity no more will be able to pass through.

Timings of the catwalk show are as follows:
10.45
12.15
14.15

Enjoy the show!
