Supplier Spotlight – Introducing Whyte Weddings…
Whyte Weddings and Events pride themselves on attention to detail and no one does it better than them! If you’re not sure about who to go with for your wedding stationery or chair covers then why not find out a little more about the wonderful world of Whyte Weddings…
Who are you and what do you do?
I’m Emily from Whyte Weddings & Events, and I make unique wedding stationery and dress venues with chair covers & bespoke personalised items.
What do you feel makes your service stand out from the crowd?
We design bespoke invitations and stationery to suit the bride and groom perfectly, anything from very traditional styles with ribbon and diamantes to quirky styles such as concert ticket or village fete tickets. We recently did a wedding invitation on a lanyard in the style of Formula 1 tickets to suit one couple!
What are your predictions of trends in your industry for 2013/2014?
The roaring 20’s! I think The Great Gatsby has had in influence on that! We have designed some new 1920’s inspired wedding stationery, huge amounts of black and gold teamed with art deco features and bold fonts!
Finally, what do you love the most about being involved in the wonderful world of weddings?
The bride and grooms I meet! They are fantastic… brimming with ideas! I have just finished an order for a customer who wanted to use black lurex lace in her wedding so we attached it to the front of her invitations and it really finished them off. The best inspiration is my customers!
We are currently having our website re-vamped and can’t wait to show it off! It will include a shop so you can buy your wedding invitations or personalised items online, book chair cover hire or request a sample. It will also include my blog, which will be giving a personal account of planning a wedding, as I am 11 months away from my own big day! Ahhh! We are hoping to launch it at the beginning of August so will keep you posted!
We hope you’re thoroughly inspired! Why not visit their web page here to see all their lovely loveliness!
