Supplier of the Week – The Wedding of my Dreams
Oh, how we love coming across cuter than cute and creative companies offering stylish and quirky pieces for weddings and events alike. We love it even more when its someone full of enthusiasm and ready to take the wedding market by storm!
Here, we give you ‘The Wedding of my dreams‘ and their story so far ….
Why we started?
Karen and Gemma Morgan are a mother and daughter team based in Warwickshire. Karen has had a successful wedding floral design company ‘Passion for Flowers’ since 2003 and more recently, Gemma has joined her full time and together they have launched ‘The Wedding of my Dreams’.
As the wedding side of ‘Passion for Flowers’ began to develop and become more and more successful, we found ourselves meeting with brides on a very regular basis and one of the common things they were asking was how could they make their wedding unique and personal? Where could they buy little extra decorations to make their day feel different from everyone else’s?
What inspired us?
We were inspired by our own brides, we started offering some unique extras including petal confetti, bridal brooches, table plan ideas as well as a range of ‘do it yourself’ workshops, through ‘Passion for Flowers’. All of these were really well received by our brides and they were asking for more of the same, especially unique table decorations.
What we offer
We launched our new online shop, The Wedding of my Dreams, in August 2010. We have searched for individual and quality designers to offer an inspirational and individual range of wedding table and venue decorations to brides all under one roof. We are approachable and offer great customer service hoping to help brides easily find unique and different wedding decorations to make their day truly unique.
Some of our best sellers are mirror tree table centres/wish tree, cotton ivory bunting, ‘They Lived Happily Ever After’ wedding sign’, silver and glass vintage votives, paper lanterns with butterflies
