| STYLED SHOOT | It'll Be All White
When done right, keeping it simple creates stunning results and this shoot is the perfect example! A neutral palette of whites and greens ran through the styling, stationery and table settings, alongside statement blossom trees in the entrance hallway and we couldn't love it any more!
The Kedleston Country House is a quintessentially English countryside venue and has some totally gorgeous features, including the skylight in the Orangery and vast open windows which allow for some great light streaming in through the dining room. The wooden tables and mis-matched chairs lend themselves well to the theme whilst also adding a touch of rustic charm. It really is a pretty special space.

BAKE provided a stunning two-tiered white-on-white cake with different textures to provide movement, and make the most of the lighting by the windows, as well as individually designed biscuits to compliment the bespoke stationery and give a co-ordinated aesthetic.
Three stunning dresses were provided by Lori G Bridal Studio, each with their own unique detail. The first dress by Allure, with a soft flowing tulle a-line skirt and delicate beaded lace bodice, captured in the bridal suite at The Kedleston.
Then the ‘Charlotte’ dress, by designer Riki Dalal, captured in the parlour: ‘Charlotte’ has a soft flowing skirt with deep cleavage front, wrapped in a dotted sculptured glitter tulle with flowers and an intricate ruffled lace high neck.
The ‘Roma’ dres from the Nicki Flynn collection by True Bride, sits proudly in the hallway window with her beautifully embellished detail and cap sleeves, showing off the slinky skirt fitted silhouette and the breath-taking detail on the back: cut away to the waist, the illusion tulle is filled in with beautiful beading, diamantés and pearls.

There are pearls, cork poppings and all kinds of prettiness so where do we start? The venue, of course; Hodsock Priory is a historic country house wedding venue set in 800 acres of countryside on the border of Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. This carefully restored family home is an award-winning luxury wedding and event venue, surrounded by breath taking views and presented within luxurious gardens and rolling fields and offers the most spectacular backdrop for the shoot. Hodsock Priory’s epic proportions require some equally epic styling to hold its own and Samantha at Willow and Rust did not disappoint.
