With an array of spectacular rooms, you really will be spoilt for choice at Belvoir Castle. For a religious ceremony, the intimate Rutland Family Chapel is situated within the Castle, and plays host to the Church of England ceremonies and blessings. The Duke’s private Chaplain will assist you with planning your ceremony and is happy to recommend local choirs and organists to add to the ambience and romance of your wedding day. The Chapel seats up to 100 guests.

The Ballroom, with its floor-to-ceiling stained glass windows, ornate chandeliers and gothic archways is the perfect choice for a civil ceremony with up to 120 guests. You’ll also have the option of The Guardroom for your civil ceremony, which features high ceilings, open fires and walls adorned with a fine display of military. Licensed for up to 100 guests, The Guardroom offers a spectacular setting for your civil ceremony. Plus, what could be more perfect than a beautiful suite of rooms for the bride and her bridesmaids to get ready in ahead of the ceremony?

If you’re dreaming of a romantic outdoor wedding in the sunshine, you’ll adore the beautiful lakeside marquee.
