Psst, there is a new kid on the wedding-venues-block and, believe us it is pretty special

If you have swooned at Thorpe Gardens or ogled over Hazel Gap, then this Derbyshire venue is going to be right up your street. The latest edition to the Cripps & Co portfolio (owners of some of THE most stylish wedding venues in the region and beyond), Grangefields is located in a lovingly restored barn which is packed with character and quirky features.

From the vaulted ceremony room with its beams & exposed brick walls to 7-meter-long oak bar which is lit-up with chrome lights taken from an old warship, there really is an air of unique magic at this venue; we mean, just imagine it filled with fairy lights and candles –dreamy!

Bringing traditional and contemporary together perfectly, the glass-fronted dutch barn makes a stunning reception space and even boasts a glass fronted show kitchen with a French rotisserie, rotating wood-fired pizza oven and a huge charcoal BBQ as a centre piece to cover all your catering needs (rumour has it, the food is top notch).

Grangefields is conveniently located between Derby and Ashbourne and is available for exclusive use. Every detail has been thought of even down to speakers in the loos (so nobody misses the speeches) – genius! With the addition of well-thought-out outdoors spaces and surrounded by stretching views of the Derbyshire countryside, this brand-spanking new venue really is a corker!
