We at Save the Date Magazine get quite a few ‘photo shoots’ dropped into our inbox but when we came across this one, submitted by the ever so lovely Anna at Bride and Glory, we couldn’t wait to post. And here it is …. in all its glory 😉 Over to Anna ….
Well, we’ve all realised that we’re incredibly lucky to be able to work in an industry we love, surrounded by some amazingly talented ‘wedding people’ whose passion for their jobs will be hard to match. We all have expertise in our individual areas but we’d be nothing without the trusted suppliers and kindred spirits we work with.
So every once in a while, we all throw our various ‘expertise hats’ into the ring and meet up for shoot days. It’s a great way to keep on top of what’s new in the world of weddings, even better when it turns into a fun day leaving us all going back to our respective offices, full of inspiration and beans.
This shoot took place in February (hence the collectively frozen toes) and we all came together because we were part of a bespoke event hosted by Florey Marquees in Oxfordshire. The fantastic shoot location was found by Kate Hopewell-Smith – mainly because her Sat Nav took her a wanderin’ the evening before. It was a grey and overcast day but Natalia (the fabulous model) was a true sport – on the condition that she got to eat cake…
And the team behind the magic were:
Kate Hopewell-Smith (www.katehopewellsmith.com/) brought us together and created magic memories, with the help of her many many scary lenses.
Mark Florey of Florey Marquees (www.florey.co.uk) was the reason we were all there in the first place.
The next shoot is being planned as we type. Watch this space for news beginning of May.
A huge thank you from Save the Date Magazine to Anna at Bride and Glory for submitting such fabulous, swoon worthy pictures – now we’re off to eat cake 🙂
