DIY Christmas Photo Booth Props

I'm sure many of you will be getting ready to put your Christmas decorations up or have gone into panic mode on the present front, as there are only 22 days left until Christmas! Anyway if you're feeling in a festive and creative mood this weekend, try your hand at these photo booth props!

Over to the lovely Chloe from the fabulous blog site adore by chloe for a step by step guide.

Wedding photo booths are increasingly popular, moustaches on sticks, comedy glasses and funny hats are sweeping the nation as a fun way to snap your guests! However if you're having a December wedding you have the bonus option of Christmas props :-) Of course you could also just make these to enjoy at home too, kids and adults love them!

To make them you will need, some coloured card, bamboo skewers, scissors, cello-tape and some glue...

Step 1 ~ With a pencil hand draw shapes onto your card (don't worry about being artistic, the more 'homemade' they look the better!). I drew a red santa hat, a red reindeer nose, some brown reindeer antlers and a white santa beard...

Step 2 ~ cut out your shapes!

Step 3 - if the kids (or you!) want to decorate them then glue bits and pieces to your shapes. I glued some little cotton pads to my santa hat for a woolly effect!

Step 4 - attach a bamboo skewer to the back of your shape with cello-tape

And that's it, now you get to play! I did exactly the same for the reindeer antlers but folded my card in half first, drew them on then opened up to ensure they were the same each side!

And here they are in action, modelled expertly my the lovely little Butterworths!
