OK, so the website has launched (hurrah!) and we're loving this blogging malarkey - no need to make our readers wait for our magazine, just hit the website and away you go! You may have to bear with us if there are a few hiccups along the way with our posts but fingers crossed, we'll be tip top and providing a daily dose of big day inspiration.
Our focus is primarily for East Midlands based weddings, providing inspired content for local and national brides to be out there with great, achievable ideas, recommended suppliers, real weddings and a strong focus on bringing creative, unusual and simply fabulous companies and individuals to the attention of our readers and brides to be out there.
We'll be delivering a blog a day and have a schedule in place to keep it uniformed, neat and organised (just like us! hehe). So, here goes, this is the Save the Date blog path:
Monday - 'Inspire Me'. Let's face it, Mondays are a pretty miserable day for most of us, the beginning of the working week and all the fun and frolics of the weekend over and done with. So, we at Save the Date magazine thought we'd make Mondays a bit of a 'pick me up' day with something inspirational, something you can think 'WOW' to and something to get those creative juices flowing.
Tuesday - 'Supplier of the week'. We work with and know of some fabulous suppliers in the East Midlands and beyond and want to share them with our readers. So, every Tuesday will be where we tell everyone how great a certain supplier is and how you can get hold of them for your big day.
Wednesday - 'I thee Wed'. See what we did there!? This will focus on a real wedding - not always the ins and outs of a certain bride's wedding but perhaps a couples' pre wedding shoot, wedding video or a 'how he proposed' story. We'll obviously throw in some beautiful real wedding reports to tickle your fancy too .... and we'll try to make as many of them East Midlands based too. So, if you'd like to submit your wedding/proposal/engagement party/honeymoon story, please drop us an email, we'd love to hear from you.
Thursday - 'We ♥ .... ' This could be anything we're loving at the minute. From shoes to perfume, hair styles to venues, websites to shops!
Friday - 'Friday Frenzy'. Trends come and go, whether its with clothes, holidays, cars or furniture, there's always something new coming up on the outside lane .... and usually straight from across the pond. So, Friday Frenzy is all about discovering those emerging trends and letting you all know about them ... before the crowds arrive.
Saturday - 'Saturday Chic'. You look good, you feel good. That's all there is to say for the final stone on our blog path 
Sunday - Blog free zone. Plus, it seems we've got everything covered.
